Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What do I do if I receive a package from UPS and it was damage. A: If package had been damage. You can log onto UPS.com and track the package. Once you track, you will see file a claim with UPS. Once the claim is filed. USP will contact Eagle Direct and notify us that a claim has been issued.
Q: How do I return items or I order the wrong item? A: You can refuse the item from UPS or Email a request for an Return Material Authorize (RMA) at RMA@eagledirectusa.com. Once you receive and RMA number you can ship back to the address provided with the RMA number printed on package. Once the warehouse receives the item, we will refund the price of the item only.
Q:What happens if I receive he wrong item? A: However, this is rare, but things could happen. Email us at customerservice@eagledirectusa.com. We then will email you a return lable and ship the right one back out.
Q: What if I purchase is an error? A: Notify us within three business days. We will stop process and issue a refund.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
