We understand that many customers order holiday gifts early, so we've extended our return policy for the holidays shopping season. Items purchased between Nov 1 to December 31, 2009, may be returned until January 31, 2010 for a full refund, subject to the other return guidelines listed below.

Items not accept returns for the following items:

  • Computer laptops and desktops more that 14 days after delivery
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPS
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift card and gift certificates
  • Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards
  • Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc)

Partial Refund will be issued for the following items:

  • Most items that are returned more that 14 days after delivery
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any opened laptop or desktop computer .A 15% restocking fee will apply
  • Any CS, DVD, software, video games that has been open/taken out of its plastic wrap, (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted).
  • Any items not returned in the condition it was received.

For security reasons, any non-paypal account customer there will be additional two day delay. However we reserve the right cancel order and full refund if security department deems it a security risk.

Exchange

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer services department at customersupport@EagleDirectUSA.com. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and let us know your intentions, (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the time you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before place the new order. Please not that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our return center.

Either the customer service department or Returns (RMA) will email you a return label if needed. Returns are valid only for returns shipped within the US. If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll pay the return shipping cost. If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of the returned item will be deducted from your refund.

Our company uses UPS to ship all order. Under UPS policy we do not ship to Post Office Box address. Items over $250 will require a signature.
